Wow India Fusion Restaurant and Bar opened December 2, 2025 at 649 Congress Street in the Arts District, in the 3,000-square-foot, 50-seat former Rebel Munchies and Libations space. Owner Prakash Jayavelu Singh — nearly a decade at Tulsi in Kittery before this — leads the kitchen alongside chef Pardeep Prasana. The menu blends regional Indian dishes with global-fusion ones like cilantro-kokum coconut mussels, Lamb Kebab Naan Pizza, and Tandoori Salmon. The bar pours local draft from Allagash, Lone Pine, Maine Beer Company, and Batson River, plus a tamarind margarita and mango-lassi cocktail with rum, Cointreau and cardamom.
