Hank & Arties launched its food trailer March 2025 in collaboration with Argenta Brewing in West Bayside. Chef-owner Sean Telo — a Miller Union (Atlanta) and Extra Fancy (Brooklyn) kitchen veteran who'd been holding pop-ups around Portland through the prior fall — runs the trailer alongside a full-time software job. The menu centers on smash burgers and fries with a deliberately kid-friendly section. Pop-ups also surface at venues like Lambs in South Portland. Stationed at Argenta Brewing, 685 Congress Street.
