Must Be Nice Lobster held its grand opening of its expanded Belfast restaurant November 5, 2025 at 30 Main Street, in the former Dockside Restaurant space directly across from owner Captain Sadie Samuels' previous food-stand location. The new room offers year-round service, a full bar, and events alongside Samuels' lobsters, caught on her own boat (the F/V Must Be Nice out of Rockport Harbor). The expanded menu runs the signature Must Be Nice Lobster Roll, Sadie's Saucy Lobster Roll, Crab Rolls, Lobster Grilled Cheese, Lobster Quesadilla, Lobster Chowder, smash burgers, haddock sandwiches, and salads. Daily 11:30am–9pm with later hours Thu–Sat.
