Yuri's Desserts opened January 2, 2025 on the second floor at 3 Spring Street in Portland, in the space formerly occupied by Stars & Stripes and Lio. The Korean-style dessert shop and café has a bright, airy room with large windows overlooking Spring Street, and a menu spanning macarons, tiramisu tarts, mango cream and Oreo signature cakes, berry and mango custard pies, strawberry cream and chocolate almond croissants, red bean donuts, shaved ice, espresso drinks, and herbal teas. Open Monday through Thursday 7:30am–4pm and Friday through Saturday 7:30am–6pm. Quickly became a local favorite for Korean pastries and pastel-perfect presentation, drawing a steady following on TikTok and Instagram.
