The Streetwich opened October 30, 2025 at 145 Ocean Street in South Portland's Knightville neighborhood, in the former BenReuben's space. Owner Chayuda Yeamsiriwut runs the 10-seat counter-service cafe as a breakfast-and-lunch spot for Vietnamese-style breakfast banh mi, modern Vietnamese-inspired sandwiches like a pesto avocado croissant, artisanal toasts, pastries, and handcrafted boba and Vietnamese iced coffee. House-made pickles, carefully seasoned proteins, daily specials like Spicy Ka Prao, and online ordering. Open Thursday through Tuesday, 8am–3pm (closed Wednesdays).
