Cafe Grazie soft-opened June 11, 2025 at 148 South Main Street in Rockland, in the former Wiggins' Meat Market building. Co-owners Marcy Taubes and Marjory Sweet — who launched the Double Grazie bakery as Midcoast farmers-market pop-ups in 2022 with deep farming and Italian backgrounds — expanded into a daytime cafe and market with backing from Arcane Concepts Group (Derek Richard and Rickie Fainkujen). The menu runs breakfast sandwiches, burritos, frittata, porridge, pasta, focaccia, cardamom buns, maple scones, olive oil cake, Tandem coffee, afternoon spritzes, and affogato. Rigorous sourcing: every piece of produce from a known farmer. Wed–Sat 8am–2pm; Sun 9am–1pm.
