The pastry trailer parks at 115 Thames Street near Twelve and Austin Street Brewery, Thursday through Sunday, with a rotating menu of croissants, cinnamon buns swirled with cream cheese, sesame sausage rolls, and cookies inspired by founding pastry chef Georgia Macon's time in France, Southern cooking roots, and New England influences.
