All-day Texas-inspired cafe, market, and bar from the Terlingua team, opened August 2025 next door to the original on Washington Avenue.
The Terlingua Outpost opened August 2025 at 34 Washington Avenue in East Bayside, an 858-square-foot all-day cafe, market, and bar extending the Terlingua restaurant team one storefront over. Co-owner Melanie Reynolds, GM Justine Smith and executive chef Wilson Rothschild built the 16-seat counter with kolaches (sweet and savory), brisket and vegetable pocket-ritos, panini, soft serve, espresso drinks from Brunswick's Tern Coffee Roasters, and a build-your-own boozy drink program. The relocated Terlingua Market component carries prepared and packaged foods including enchiladas, cornbread, chili, sauces, and spice blends. Daily, 8am–8pm.
