Luke Holden, Ben Conniff, and Bryan Holden of Luke's Lobster reopened 84 Commercial Street as a modern seafood watering hole with award-winning chef Matt Ginn as general manager and former Evo executive chef Mike Carney leading the kitchen. The opening menu features broiled haddock with Ritz crust, a blackened fish sandwich, fried oyster sliders, and seafood towers, with two large bars, raw bar, expanded outdoor decks, and sweeping Casco Bay views.
