Cargo Pizza Company opened its brick-and-mortar restaurant March 6, 2025 at 1053 Forest Avenue in the former Falafel Time space. Owner Gregory Mihos founded the operation as a mobile pizza kitchen in 2019, serving festivals and weddings before going indoor. The menu runs Neo-Neapolitan and New Haven-style pizzas (10" and 14") with specialties like the Bee Sting (red sauce, parmesan, jalapeño, pepperoni, hot honey) and the Bianca, plus smash burgers, wings, and beef-tallow fries. Morning service brings grab-and-go breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Open daily 11am–9pm.
