Spring Street Eatery held its grand opening August 6, 2025 at 2 Spring Street on Belfast harbor, in the former Crumb Provisions space. Chef-owner Sharon Kull — born in Italy to a half-Irish, half-Filipino mother and raised in Belfast, Northern Ireland — built the all-day European-style breakfast-and-lunch cafe around English, Scottish, Irish, Dutch, Scandinavian, and French traditions blended with local Wabanaki history. Highlights include house-made Benedicts (The North of the Border, The Penobscot lobster Benedict, The Scottish with house-made haggis on a tatty scone, The Viking with smoked salmon, The Irishman), steam-scrambled eggs, soups, and roasted garlic mashed. Daily 7am–4pm.
