Revel opened January 14, 2026 at 267 US Route 1, Suite 103 in Falmouth, in the Wyeth building. Owners Emma Martin and Sami Smart — friends and catering partners for over a decade with 10+ years in hospitality — designed the 35-seat all-day room as a blend of European wine bar, neighborhood market, and boutique caterer. The menu runs bar snacks (warm olives, deviled eggs, smoked trout with chips), small plates (garlic shrimp, brisket, Caesar salad, fingerling potatoes, meatballs), grazing boards, and Snack Towers sized for 6+. The bar covers classic and house cocktails, the Trentino spritz (Cappelletti, pink peppercorns, bubbly, soda), wines by the glass and bottle, mocktails, beer, and cider. Sun/Mon 11am–8pm; Wed/Thu 11am–9pm; Fri/Sat 11am–10pm; closed Tuesday.
