Silver Street by Taj opened August 28, 2025 at 35 Silver Street in the former North Point space, a cocktail bar sister to South Portland's Taj Indian Cuisine. Partners Sai Guntaka and Jim Baldi developed it as a cocktail-forward 40-seat room with a 10-seat bar, with Cody Brann (formerly of Mash Tun) as beverage director. The menu rotates Taj dishes like butter chicken and saag paneer served over rice or in fresh-pressed corn tortillas, plus samosas and Indian affogato with Tandem espresso and house kulfi. Pours include Sai Lager (Oxbow collab) and Talwar IPA (Bissell Brothers collab). Daily, 5pm–1am.
