Supper Club Cocktail Lounge opened February 28, 2026 at 441 Congress Street near Monument Square, in the long-vacant former Guitar Grave space. The 2,400 sq ft, 54-seat room is led by Jake Bosma with FOH manager Zakk Nix, bar manager Shane Brennan, and head chef Lo, partnered with Cocktail Mary founder Isaac MacDougal alongside Brecken MacDougal and Zach Myers. The cocktail list runs the Nifty Fifty (pear/apple vermouth, sherry martini), Automatic Love (cilantro tequila, guava, fresno), and the Wisco Old Fashioned. Chef Lo's kitchen turns out a Bitter Greens salad and Coconut Poached Hake. Thu–Mon 5pm, kitchen until 9pm, bar until midnight Thu–Sat.
