Marvelous Macarons

Marvelous Macarons reopened October 26, 2025 at 245 Center Street in Auburn after relocating from Sabattus (where owner Jenna Roberts had built a TikTok-viral following with 8-million-view Dubai chocolate fruit cup videos). Roberts — a self-taught baker who's been making macarons for 16 years — expanded to four days a week and added grilled cheese and PB&J on sourdough from Darlin' Farms in Lisbon Falls, weekly soups, dirty sodas (fountain soda with flavored syrups and cream), cinnamon rolls, cruffins, cupcakes, dipped cheesecake, and rotating macaron flavors alongside the signature Dubai fruit cups daily. Wed–Fri 11am–5pm; Sat 10:30am–4:30pm.
