Magnus on Water at 12 Water Street in downtown Biddeford received international recognition in 2024–25 from The Pinnacle Guide — one of only 25 bars worldwide (six in the US) awarded a Pinnacle Pin for craft cocktails. Co-owner and beverage director Brian "Cat" Catapang's program features local foraging (wild blackberry sea salt rim using salt he harvests from Biddeford Pool) and Maine–Philippines–Peru flavor crossings. Chef Rafael Zimmerman (since October 2023) leads a Peruvian-inspired comfort-food kitchen the Press Herald awarded four stars in 2025. Garden patio with fire pits in warmer months. Thu–Sun, 5pm–9pm.
