From owner Robert Bryant: 'After retiring to Great Moose Lake in Hartland, I was looking for something to occupy my time. As a long time Home Brewer and Coffee Roaster, I decided to start a small brewery and coffee roasting business. As I was working towards this goal, my son decided to join me. So now we're open in my garage on the lake adjacent to a well-traveled snowmobile trail!' The focus is on to-go sales in 32 oz Crowlers with a small tap room featuring 8 standard taps and 4 rotating taps, plus coffee drinks and bags of freshly roasted coffee.
