Bonaventura Vineyards launched its tasting room on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at 355 Berry Mahoney Road in Hartford, on an 86-acre property overlooking Little Bear Pond. Owners Chad Casey and Jen Bonaventura purchased the property in 2015 and planted over 1,500 vines of Seyval Blanc, DeChaunac, Marquette, and Leon Millot — producing their first commercial vintages from their own grapes. The 1890s rustic barn doubles as a wedding and events venue. They're Oxford County's only Maine Wine Trail stop. Tasting room hours by appointment; the next public open day was August 16th, Maine Open Winery Day.
